Work Flow
1. Mechanical Frame: Weld the steel frame as per the posture of the design.After welding completes,paint anti-rust on the frame.
2. Modelling: Cover the frame with high-density foam after the movements test.
3. Carving: Professional carving masters have more than 10 years of experience.
They create the perfect animal body proportions base on scientific data and the design
4.Stick furs: Our worker will stick the realistic furs on the animal skin (depends on the customer's choice)
4.Painting: Painting master can paint animals according to customer's requirement.
5. Final Testing: Each animal will also be continuous operated testing one day before shipping.
6. Packing & Shipping: Bubble bags protect the dinosaurs from any damage ,.
PP film fix the bubble bags. Each animal will be packed carefully and with particular focus on protecting the eyes and mouth.
7. On-site Installation: We also send engineers to customer's place to install the big size animal.
# Mechanical Design: We make a mechanical design for every animal, providing them with a good frame.
This makes sure that their air flows and other moving parts can operate without friction, massively improving the service life!
# Posture & Color Design: We design animal postures, detailed features and colors before production begins. This ensures you get exactly what you want.

After Service: 18 months include installation, maintenance, supply accessories, disassembly & reinstallation.
